I wouldnt waste your money Jon. The XR would be epic on track, sportsbike slaying (lol)

Wasn't it only a second a lap slower than a S1000RR????

When you going to bring the Italian stallion on track and show us how it's done?

I fail to see the correlation between wasting money and having someone else's bike to sling around a track. Especially when that bike comes with tyres, fuel, full race setup, tyre warmers, wets if it rains, and someone to look after it all day.

Versus not fully enjoying the day as being to worried about stacking it or worse being run into by some other bellend with more ego than ability.

Real men (or stupid ones) base themselves on the slopey rubble car park and hide under the tailgate of someone elses van (blush) especially when it's pissing down :^

A Striple would be perfect on track

Makes a very good point (y)

And tbh easier to repair if the worst were to happen than the Ducati.

Or if you want to get the Ducati out on track.

Give these a try. Cheap enough and worked for me in the past.

Buy them today. Get them beginning of next week and take it down to Mallory and ask them to noise test for you before booking an event.

I've seen just about every type of bike there is at Mallory from C90's to CBX's , pit bikes , supermotos, Harleys and one guy on a zzr1400 with all the panniers and top box on
