Perkles has disappeared off the face of the earth again.

I have a horrible feeling DeeGee may have lost his job over BREXIT.

Probably, like many others, wondering if any of us will still have a job come the Spring.

Work is dire.

I feel gutted for those who have already lost their jobs...,,it’s one of the worst feelings out there.

Whilst I fully sympathise with anyone who looses their job, I rather take exception to that description of it mate.
Having your health would seem far more important imho ?

I seriously believe that there are going to be a lot more changes in the labour market over the coming decades, and society will need to make some considerable changes to accommodate those changes.

Im sorry to hear about these jobs being lost - boils my piss this bloody mess.

I've been very busy the last few weeks so i've been lurking more than posting, but should be business as usual from next weekish.

How's the kitchen floor?

A friend's son lives and works in Zurich for one of the UK accountancy firms.

The Swiss Government has offered him dual citizenship as they recognise what his skills bring to the Swiss economy and they don't want to lose him due to Brexit.

What a retarded inward thinking Nation Britain has become.

I did say 'one of the worst feelings'.

Yes health is the most important but losing your job can have a significant negative effect on your health and welfare.

It doesn't matter what any of us think about this, the public just need to stop taking out their rage with each other. If people care that much then they should be making their voices heard to those "making the decisions".

The situation is laughable, but there's no point finger-pointing or name calling - just get on with it.

No reason for anyone to be falling out in this forum that's for sure.

Getting there. The kitchen has been dismantled to fit it and i've rewired and replumbed a few things as well as a full repaint and move around. Oh and the log burner has been moved out to do it, so angle grinder was in operation yesterday. Oh and a new window

Big job but needed doing and finishes the house off beautifully.

Loves it. One of the reasons we put natural stone down was so it wasn't slippy for the dogs. He's everywhere now

As funny as it is watching Elsie slip and slide over the porcelain slabs I do feel a bit nervous when she's being playful on the wet slabs. Natural stone is a lot more grippy
