it's with a heavy heart that I'm having to put my van up for sale, redundancy is requiring that things need to be shifted about and rather than sell the bikes I'm gonna get shot of the van.

Sorry to hear of the circumstances forcing your sale Fidget, as Kwacky said that really does look like a cracking bit of kit.
Fwiw I would respectfully suggest that your carpet (although a practical option imo) detracts from the visual appeal to potential customers.
If the floor underneath is as mint as the rest of your van, perhaps a picture without the carpet instead would probably serve you better.?
