Looks exactly what you'd expect an unfaired Panigale to look like, I suppose. Complete with a French horn for the exhaust system, which looks messy, TBH.

That's a race can. The bike is set up for the Pikes Peak Challenge

If that lower fairing extended back & covered the plumbing up I'd like it better.
It'd be a good oil-catchment-thing too, for the Pikes Peak racer chaps.
And there'd be more room for stickers.

Expect an official Ducati belly pan as an option extra

It'd be a good idea, I think. When the term "streetfighter" comes to mind I think of a stripped-down sportbike.....something where the fairings have been removed because of crash damage, or for better cooling....a bellypan on a naked like that would help with that illusion.

Would still rather have the faired version but I bet the street fighter would be a real giggle.

Is anyone else finding the engine noise of the Duc V4 to get on their nerves now? I don't like it :/

It doesn't sound as sweet as the Aprilia or R1.

Its probably a moot point to me anyway as i suspect it will be outside my budget.

It's those two bikes which are my favourite of the bunch. I've said it before that all bikes are beyond the ability of most riders so just get the one that excites you most.

The V4 streetfighter is closer to that for me than the normal V4 but I can't get over the sound

Like you say, I certainly can't afford it so I'm probably just consoling myself like a keyboard warrior :D

To be honest, the power of these bikes is so beyond what I would ever get out of it, that realistically it makes little sense as a road bike. The Street Triple RS on the other hand...,.now that does make a lot of sense.

The v4 I test rode with Akrapovic full system was strangely a lot, lot quite than my v2 with just Akra slipons with baffles still fitted.

Saying that the twin is in the noisey side (giggle) hence why baffles are staying in, as I don't really like a loud bike tbh.

I agree with you 100% (though I do prefer the Tuono 1100). The 765RS with exhaust and tune (150rwhp) is more than ample (y)

I think it sounds pretty decent, to be honest.
I also think that we're hearing an exhaust sound dubbed onto the commercial....unless they had a mic mounted on the bike, which doesn't seem likely. So there's no telling what it sounds like in real life.

It’s certainly overdubbed sound.

and it's a full race system. That's not meeting Euro 4 regs.
