My sat nav stopped charging, and ran out of battery so found a petrol station filled up and charging sat nav for 20 mins or so. Also grabbed a drink! Still 2.5hrs away from home! But on the plus side I found an amazing road twisty as you like, AMAZING views and actually pretty smooth (for a B road)

Got home. Managed to knock off 40 or so mins off the sat nav time! *Cough cough*

I found some more great roads on way home. Gloucester way. Then picked up the main A roads and then the M4 from Swindon.

Bike is now filthy it needs a proper good going over and degrease and then re grease the chain

Which roads? There's a few pretty great roads - the best being between Monmouth and Huntley.

Otherwise coming back through Newent to Over is also pretty decent (this one links with Leominster and therefore Crossgates too). There's also a nice one between Ledbury and Hartpury/Maisemore.

I honestly don't know mate. I wasn't looking at road numbers to be honest. I wish I had as they were lovely - my type of roads - not perfectly smooth, a little niggly, grin factor was constant haha!

I basically had to figure out how to use my Sat nav and dropped a few flags onto a route and it came up on these B Road. Genuinely had a fantastic time

You ever just come away from a ride and be completely satisfied, that was me yesterday lol

I really should of recorded some of these routes Image

Haha yeah I get that completely. Which direction did you come from? I'll probably be able to figure out your route - They're all my roads into Wales (y)

Keep pressing g thanks. Meant quote haha

Builth Wells, Crickhowell, Abergavenny, Monmouth, Ross-on-Wye Gloucester. Then the A40 to the boring bit - A419!! (All of these roads were B Roads and a few A roads eg A49. When I was on a road though was on it for 10 or so miles

I wasn't going to but as I left Aberystwyth I also headed slightly north and I found a cracking bit of road, must of been 10 or so miles worth then it went into another road for 10+ miles which somehow linked up to the A470 - all B Roads not very wide but just enough for a car and half, reasonably smooth (for a B Road) and cracking sights

Genuinely this sat nav now is getting bedded in nicely.

Sorry I cant be much more help but wow why don't we have these roads where I live. When you put twisty route in here it either

A) takes you through built up towns with a few mins of national
B) on country lanes with hedges on either side with gravel/ mud/ grass or pot holes
C) takes you the route you already know Image

It didn't download. I tried a few times last night and this morning - I even left it pending all of last night so it could download but it just didn't. So tried another app to see if it was my app store or something but downloaded straight away.

I'll just stick with this one if the pics aren't bad
