By requiring people to prove that they're 18 before they can access the site.

How do you do that? By inputting your credit card details or a government approved form of ID. Our PM really doesn't like porn. She's already banned a lot of types of it (anyone in a schoolgirl uniform, squirting, BDSM etc)

Do you really want porn sites to have your details?

Looks like another way for get ID cards in to me. It's the thin edge of the wedge. I guess ID cards are now pretty much guaranteed in the near future.

I certainly don't want them to have my details I bet it will get people into serious trouble somewhere down the line and I bet a lot of people will be having court cases for people stealing IDs for other types of unthinkable banned porn.

I like a good w**k every now and then and this is beyond a joke, I'll have to buy mags and DVDs..........................and go back to hiding it away, the embarrassment is too far

It'll be like the old days, nipping to the local papershop, hiding a copy of Club in the Radio Times.

I can see the country getting very angry soon, a good w**k usually settles that feeling

ID cards = good idea. Over here you're required to carry them at all times. You don't even give them a 2nd thought. It's a card in your wallet & nothing more.

I don't understand why drivers aren't required to carry their licence with them in the UK when they're driving. That would help the police no end when people get stopped.

There's no requirement in the UK to carry your driver's licence. It might be different for you Stonesie due to the work you do.

It is an offence not to produce your documents when requested by the police but they give you a 7 day notice to do so. That's if they still write out producers. I've not had one for about 30 years

From the headline, I thought may be May had made her own porn film and was distributing it to put everyone off sex for life.
