I'll give a clue.. the number of people who have driven a buggy on the moon is exactly half that who have walked on the moon

Number of people who've driven on the moon: 6

I actually thought it was fewer than that

And of the 12, only 5 are still alive

I'm guessing the only people in the future whom travel to the moon will be corporate people on a business adventure. They may not even be allowed to walk on the moon.

It's quite sad to think that in another 30 years there may not be anyone alive who's been to the moon

Well, there's not much to do there.....they made their 5 trips, found out all they needed to know, and it's pointless to keep going back just for the sake of it.

Mars would be the biggie....that's a planet, not a crappy old moon.

I'd not really thought how many in total had walked on the moon. I would have guessed around 9 or so. I imagine 3 people each visit and at least 3 landings. Nothing to base that on, just what I thought.

Sad to know not many around now.

It'd be good to go back 1 more time for better footage.

It was a big lie to scare the Russians.

Chinese were suppose to send up a rocket to capture pictures of the landing site and to take that all important picture of the US Flag, many years ago. Chinese never sent that rocket up, instead became wealthy and built lovely cities...coincidence?!
