Re: Inside Prisons
If you're bored do some online research about Nordic countries and their alarmingly high infant death rates last century. There were a lot of conspiracy theories that they were "allowing" sickly infants to perish rather than treat them. Sickly is a very broad brush term.

Re: Inside Prisons
It always seems to be lower income couples who have the most kids.
They've got no money to go out, so instead they stay home & f#@#.
All-in-all, not the worst idea in the world.

Re: Inside Prisons
Criminals beating up criminals! I'd rather the guards beat them all up to be honest!

Re: Inside Prisons
No, no, no....criminals have their own way of policing prisons. At least here they do...I'm sure there's some strong similarities in the UK prison system.
They're their own little society, with their own hierarchy....race, order of general "badness", etc, all play a part in that.
I'm sort of name-dropping here, but I briefly met one guy quite a few years ago....guitarist in a very well-known band, who was beaten to death inside OC Jail just for stealing a piece of candy.
The guards just allowed it to happen, IIRC...and one or two lost their jobs, the jail was investigated, etc. Usual stuff.

Lolz!
It was Mark St.John.....his time with them was VERY brief indeed. Two shows & one album cover, I think.
