I've never come across a bike on circuit and been mega impressed by it. I did see an 1199s go for it down the straights when my group was waiting and that was impressive... pissed past every other bike out on circuit

Succinctly put Duke, that was my memory as well. I fell in love sat on it for less than 10sec at the NEC, the order went in next day. Still love it now.

Ah ok.

To be clear I was talking about my Daytona 600. It was tricked up. The cbr600rr came later on.

Used to think that keeping as fit as possible would still enable me to do everything I wanted to do. Now realise that regardless of how fit you keep yourself, you cannot prevent the ageing process, only slow it down a bit.

Wouldn't it be nice to see Triumph go down the Mercedes / AMG route...

You have your regular Daytona 765 then your "AMG" 765 with all the trick bits for the people who want it. If they do it right they'll be able to attract the big price tag similar to how AMG's are approx. 170% more expensive than a standard Mercedes

I guess my D675 on ktech suspension is a pretty good idea of what to expect

It seems the Custom Shop is Triumph's own take on this.

I don't think they will be making a 765 Daytona in any great numbers.
The 675 was a poor seller in the end.

I agree Duke. I think it will be a low volume special marketed as a TCS limited edition and quite possibly a track only bike I've heard.

You want them to open a whole tuning division?? For a few hundred bikes...maybe a thousand??

Do you have any examples of bikes, rather than cars?? Ducati, maybe?
