He doesn't hide his ties with Hamas, but it's still a good read. A lot of what he says is true, Israel is bullying the media and the way the world views Hamas.

They need a new PR manager. They also need to drop the line that Israel shouldn't exist. They can't win against Israel and the supporters of Israel, so they should soften their approach and go down the humanitarian route of highlighting the plight of those they represent.

As a contributing factor?.....yes. As the only reason?....no, not even by a good stretch of the imagination.

They have conscription in Israel so it's never difficult to find an active or former member of the military.
