The average voter apparently thinks about politics for about 4 minutes per day and makes up there mind who to vote for in the last 8 to 10 days of an election. I'd say 4 minutes is a gross exaggeration!

They don't watch anything other than the mainstream news and read mainstream papers.

Bugger what the poles say, as the majority haven't decided who to vote for. Some even admit they make up their mind on the way to the poling station, I met one last night.

So yes canvassing works, otherwise no party would do it.

I've always figured that most people vote the same way their parents do....every other facet of their lives seem to follow a fairly similar course for the most part.

Apparently there have been reports of a Hulk Hogan look a like in the Buxton area, trespassing and fly tipping leaflets on people's property.

Police are advising not to approach this man who is classed as dangerous and on average is spending 4 minutes duration attacking his innocent and law abiding victims in a frenzied rant (giggle) (lol)
