I wonder if Mr Trump will come up with an amazing resolve for their problem.

I'm with StMarks....I also hope Trump comes up with a viable solution.
But I doubt he will...he faces the same problem with narcotics every other President in living memory has faced. And added to that, the fact that addiction runs about 9-11% of the population....regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation. Addiction is never the problem, it is the solution to underlying issues, and is not limited to illegal substances.
