I BBQ fish. Pretty much weekly do big salmon fillets on the BBQ even through winter. On a flat plate, not a grill. Easier to clean up than in the kitchen. Same with steaks & skewers.

Ahh...you beat me to it. I did have BBQ salmon once & couldn't believe how good it was. Some of the best fish I've ever had. I'd forgotten about that. Think it was wrapped in butter or something.

Of course it does, how else do you go skiing??
That picture in the article is about 35 km from me in a straight line. Snow was down to 900m, I’m at 550m. Was zero overnight last night at mine and high today was 10 deg, but with wind chill felt like 3-4 deg. It is rather cold atm.

We had a late burst of heat a couple weeks back, mid 20’s and lows of 15-18 over night. Then this southerly icy front hit, so it feels quite offensive!!
