Circuit of Wales deal about to collapse?

Who would have thought it?

Seems the developers not only wanted £32 million of Welsh Government money but also for them to underwrite the whole £350 million that the project would cost.

Jokers.

I've seen the runours on Twitter. I can't say I'm surprised. It's very ambitious at a time when money is scarce.

I think MotoGP will stay at Silverstone, unless they drop the UK

I heard that world supers were going back to Brands , if they can surely motogp can , but I'd like it to return to Donington , they are spending money , the suites on Kraners have gone and I imagine when they have finished the remodelling they'll spend some cash on the facilities

It's the only track I've ever been on in the fast group, and managed a 58 second lap with the Daytona.

I'm not that quick on the track, so quite proud of that

It's a shame the access and the spectator infrastructure is so poor at Donny, it's got fantastic topography, is in the middle of the U.K. and is close to the M1, with the right investment it could easily be the best track in the UK.

Brands is fun and challenging to ride, but it's so over subscribed by bikers in the SE, the cost is prohibitive and when you are out there's rarely clear space to enjoy riding the track, but make no mistake Paddock is both exhilarating and scary, I've seen some horrific pile ups with people that just got it slightly wrong, just like the Old Hairpin at Donny. But when you get it right at speed, it's the best there is.
