Check this out....
Buffalo Bills cornerback Vontae Davis walks off the field at halftime, packs his gear & leaves, retiring on the spot from pro football.

Re: What you watching?
I've only watched the 1st episode. I'll admit I was intrigued by the blanket coverage of adverts that the Beeb have inundated us with.Rossgo wrote:My misses downloaded this so we watched a couple of episodes. I'll admit it, very good in my opinion, defo worth a watchStMarks wrote:Killing Eve.

However imho there were so many ridiculous leaps & implausible actions that I was left feeling somewhat short-changed.
Hopefully they were just trying too hard to set out a scenario for us to embrace, and simply chose to dumb it down in order to fit it in. No doubt the coming episodes will show us if this is to be their level, or just overeagerness.?

The trailer for the new Stan and Ollie film
Looks pretty good if you like that sort of thing, or are a Coogan fan.

Re: What you watching?
We have now finished the series of that Killing Eve. Personally rrally enjoyed it, every episode it had someone being killed and screwed!
Also watched a program all about the preparers, who basically live in isolation from the town's or cities just in case of a war breaking out nuclear or otherwise. Proper squalor in my opinion, dirty place with jarred up food. Also on the flip side people are buying up ex military bunkers and doing them up inside. Strange. I can understand people having basements which double as a panic room or maybe something more beefy but to go to the limits of living in caravans and storing old food, just yuck

And in entertainment news...
Noted thespian/award-avoiding actor William Shatner is about to release a new album to bring in the holiday season.
"Shatner Claus - The Christmas Album" will be out by the end of the month, apparently.
Guest artists include Henry Rollins, ZZ-Top's Billy Gibbons, and Todd Rundgren.
Beam me out.

The Joshua vs Povetkin fight.
That's one plus of being out here, BFBS put a lot of Sky Box Office stuff on, so I'm getting to see quite a few sporting events that I wouldn't normally see.
