Just got back from a lunch time walk to the supermarket, 30 minutes there and back, 2000 steps, and my feet really hurt in these DocMarten Safety Shoes!!!

I am now walking at least an hour every morning before work, buying a dog was the right thing to do
I feel calmer during the day and sleeping much better
I want to get fit ready to start doing some MX and hopefully keep up with Frankie :)

One of the bonuses of London working is 20 mins each way of fast paced walks, 3 times a week. Add in lunchtime walks and I'm averaging 13-14k steps.

It may not be leafy green scenery, but it is interesting in other ways.

18km with 400m elevation.. top speed of 35mph offroad (devil)

Conditions were decent but I'm glad I got out before yesterdays monsoon

Without much change to my exercise regime, I've shifted 10kg in little over 4 weeks. It's all down to diet.

Went to the Forest of Dean for some off-piste mountain biking.

On the way home, I regretted leaving as early as I did so stopped by my local woods and went mountain biking again!

Cycled 30 miles or so. Feel better afterwards than I've felt in a very long time.

shoulders yesterday, so far lost 1 1/2 stone and can now fit in my shirts and trousers which is great
feels good to be back in a fitness routine
