7.5 miles of wet and muddy trail by torch light yesterday evening. Just what was needed.

Not at all mate. I love trail running, and it's much more fun over the winter when it's muddy.

Running trail by torch light is something else.

Been a busy week running this week.

Totals are: 42.7 miles, 9 hours 6 mins, 6259 ft total elevation..

Next week, I'm expecting zeros for all those :)

Humm. Legs feeling a lot better now, might go out for a run on Thursday. Been enjoying the kudos today for the stupidity of walking up a mountain the day after a marathon.

Managed to fill in the last spot on my board now :)Image

I now feel too ashamed to post in this thread :D

But I did taekwondo last night. Getting ready for our next grading. I realised I've forgotten far more than I've remembered.

I'm exactly the same, Kwacky.. I clicked onto this to proudly proclaim that I have already achieved my Christmas weight loss target of being under 13 stone.

My new target is under 80kg (another 6.5lbs to lose). I'm getting abs and people in the gym are asking how I'm managing to lose weight without doing cardio and still getting stronger - the word 'steroids' did appear in more than one sentence (fubar)

It really frustrates me when I work hard for something and people assume I have 'cheated' to achieve it.

In other news - my knee is still ****

Well done on the weight loss.

F**king my hand up has put me back a couple of weeks. I'm going to go to the gym tonight. I should be doing boxercise but I can't risk it, the knuckle and finger are still painful and I can't fully bend my index finger.

Judging on the location of the pain I think I've cracked the knuckle.

Tuesday is boxercise. I did the warm up then hit the gym. I can't risk damaging my hand.

So I did legs. Big mistake after doing the warm up. I got cramp in my hamstrings during barbell squats. Fecking ouch.
