Back light Photographs

Post by Frankie »

You may remember I was in the process of getting a new photograph onto canvas for the wall, while doing this I thought I would attempt to back light it. I went with a previous canvas of the setting sun at Cartagena a few years back. Not the best view of it, but you get the idea. Its hard to photograph it and give its true effect. I have to say I am pleased with it, for a first crude attempt it works very well.

Looks great Frankie.

I've got a not dissimilar canvas from a photo I took on the sun setting on a Menorca beach over 10 years ago.

I'm glad you showed us the pic, I couldn't really get it in my head what you meant.

Cool Idea Frankie, might have to try that once I get back in my house, now I'll be allowed to put some of my own photography up.
