Don't buy a Samsung TV. Our main TV broke on 23rd Dec and is still fooked.

Samsung warranty is repair based. They sent a boy ( supposedly an engineer) to change the main board after a week. No diagnostic tests carried out just a random guess of what it could be which failed. The boy only had the one part so we now have to wait another week whilst they have another guess at what may fix it.

Still no diagnostic tests. The Samsung approach seems keep guessing what the problem might be till they guess right. I have a feeling our TV will be triggers broom.

Had a similar problem with our (then) two month old Sony tv, it generated an error code which meant it was dead, but they still took a fortnight and numerous calls from us to make it happen. We weren’t impressed and wished at the time we’d bought the Samsung.

I had three Samsung's before this LG. One of them is still going in my son's room, he uses it for his PlayStation.

The lg TV has been fine until recently when it stopped recognising hdmi input on a couple of devices. An online search shows this to be a common issue.

I've got 2 Samsung's, the main one in the lounge is about 4 years old and has lost some colour definition on one side of the screen, but you can only notice it with dark colours. The bedroom one is 2 or 3 years old and it's fine.

Both are fairly basic telly's though...

Tw@ts who can't be arsed to think for themselves so you write it down for them and they still ask you as they cant be arsed to read what you took the trouble to do for them.

Happens everywhere in all situations. Most people are too lazy to think or do stuff for themselves, that or there fooking retarded (gah)

Either way I just want to hit them (swear)

I may randomly slip into the 1st paragraph of any future correspondence (The reader is a c_nt) and see if anyone actually picks up on it (happy)

Nothing.. I'm in between vent and praise; I feel that nice kind of lightness within. Maybe because I did so much yesterday and I feel good for it I don't know.

It definitely helped that I had a hassle-free commute too

You kinda get numb to it, and other driver's stupidity (lol) Stuff that makes my mates go mental on the roads barely raises a "Meh" from me but I can't get used to the stupidity of the general public though.
A lad decided that playing chicken with a bus on a pushbike was a great idea on an unlit country road, after dark, dressed all in black with no lights (facepalm) Luckily he realised and got the hell out of the way.

When I'm driving the with Fiancé in the car she's mad at everyone, meanwhile, I'm having some fat ginger builder shouting at me and I just stay silent and smile at him - she's livid I stay so calm!

A parking ticket for £60 if i pay with in 14 days or rises to £100.

We went to a big out of town retail park that advertises free parking, but what we didn't realise is it's only for 3 hours and we spent 3 hours 45 minutes there. We went to about 3 or 4 big furniture stores and bought some food at m&S food outlet and never thought we had a 3 hour time restriction.

Virgin Media have been doing a lot of work in our area and I suspected they had changed something somewhere as we noticed our internet was slower than usual.

I did a speed test and was getting at best 48mbps download speed. Long story short after a few telephone calls and them doing some changes at their end I m now getting 222mbps which I m OK with but its annoying the cheeky buggers were giving us much much less if we hadn't of reported it.
