I don't think Mr Obama will be easily lead on by Putin's scheming.
Herr Trump however, would probably "press the button" on a whim, out of pure frustration & embarrassment when he's intellectually out maneuvered.

Incidentally, all this talk of bunkers..... Does anyone on here genuinely think that they would serve any purpose other than changing very slightly the manner of the outcome.?
