Thats what I call first class service (y)
More and more I'm buying direct from the manufacture for this level of service. It's reassuring to know they'll do something about a problem. Quite often you can find it cheaper than at distributors and even then you can sometimes get more off.

I bought it off ebay as 30% off (well 20 but I haggled another 10 :P ) from ghost bikes.

Apparently its a 3 years old back order when I spoke with Scoripon which makes their service even better imo (y)

Hope everything is OK, Perkles.

As you say Kwacky, I find it truly amazing that we still have issues with diesel being split on roads in this day and age. We don't have the same issue with petrol because its so volatile so why is it acceptable with diesel?

I think its cos its long haul Truck drivers are filling up to the brim Duke and obviously they don't use petrol hence its always diesel spills. It then sloshes out at the first round about when the vehicle is slightly off the vertical position.

Ahh crap Perks, hope you are ok and damage is minimal.

We have the same issues with diesel in Aussie, does my nut in. My last car crash was exactly that. Diesel on a roundabout in heavy rain. Three of us piled up within 2 minutes.

It was the roundabout on the main Evesham road next to the BP garage,it was pissing down so I slowed right down but a diesel slick took my front wheel from under me , there was absolutely nothing I could do about it

The good thing is you had the crash bung! I wouldn't let that dent your pride though mate, it can happen to anyone.

I know that roundabout and there is always a leak heading away from that petrol station! Bloody lorries. That being said I'm still seeing muppets drive off with the fuel filler lid wide open and the fuel cap dangling around too!

Sorry to hear that Perkles, good thing for the crash bungs.

Diesel around here is usually old white vans full of scrap, they don't give a damn.

Glad to hear your OK and only minor damage to the bike (y)

Don't feel dented pride, the situation was totally out of your control. You were a passenger in someone else's fook up.

Imagine binning a bike and only causing a few scratches.

Poor lack of effort IMO

I did a couple of bits to my bike last night.. how easy are certain jobs when you have the right tools?!

Front sprocket is a bugger ordinarily. Used an 18V 1000Nm impact gun, 1 "dugga" and it was off. This was done with the rear wheel off and therefore the front sprocket could rotate freely in neutral.

16T sprocket installed ready for Bedford's long straight.
Only a couple of tweeks left before it's ready.
