Flown back home today
didn't want to loved Mexico, the staff were amazing and got chatting to loads of couples there but back to familiarity now. My misses is in bed having a snooze but I'm quite used to pulling all nighters now so I feel groggy but not to a point of unable to do anything!! Just got loads of washing to do which I'm sure we will start when my partner is up!

Didn't get much sleep last night approx 3.5hours in total as jet lag is still an issue. Anyway woke up to take my partners little sister to footy. I'm the morning I text her to ask of footy was still on due to rain with no signs of stopping. Got a reply back saying haven't heard anything it should still be on.
Got there and thought it was a little quiet with no other games playing and at the least no other teams warming up. They got down to the pitch (furthest one away in a big rec ground) warmed up for 30 mins to be told that all games have been cancelled.
FFS 60 miles travelling distance in total for nothing all because the their manager didn't email our teams manager to say it's cancelled. We got told by the grounds owner. Absolute waste of time
Now off to Thorpe Park to renew Merlin Passes as they pay for themselves in just a handful of days out at any of the given locations.
Then off to my partners parents for a celebrationary meal
