Change of plan. It's really foggy and I'm not paying £40 to stand in a field. Went to the park instead.

Been to London to go to London Dungeons and also the London Big Wheel. Fantasic day out. Also had a pie and chip lunch which was not bad, expensive though!

Spent last night having a family board games night, it was mostly good fun, apart from a cards versions of Connect 5 which was like watching paint dry. Never again.

It's freezing INSIDE the house, nevermind outside of it.

I went up to Flambrough head with a few mates on bike's and had dinner at the headlands pub, they had a nice selection of cake.

Great day out with mainly dry roads and my mad Italian friend grinding bits off his vstrom (gear shift linkage), he didn't want to swap bikes because he wouldn't want to give the KTM back, and his wife says he can't have one.

All Xmas decors taken down and put away for another year.

That's about as bad as camping in the really cold I reckon. Saw an article yesterday about temperatures getting up to 50 in aus, so was wondering how you guys where doing.

It’s been hot as feck.. started to cool a bit today, forecast for 36 deg.

The river we swam in when camping was only 1/2 foot deep over sand across 9/10ths width, with a small channel that was waist deep. Because of the temps the shallows were picking up that much heat the river was over 30 deg, was dead set like a warm bath. Second day dead fish were floating past us on occasion, no doubt a bit cooked!

So since it’s mid 30’s today I’m off to mow the lawn!

Packing up and getting ready to drive back home.

Out of nowhere (well, a house)...a frickin' German Shepherd runs out, jumps up, & bites me in two places...arm & breasticle.
Motherf#&ker!!!!!!
Surprised the hell out of me.
So now I'm bruised, bloodied, AND got a cold.

I can't win.
