The longest it's ever taken me to get back from London in the car is 4 hours 20 minutes.
What about warwick parkway then the train? Even the train from New St (or Longbridge for that matter). I never drove to london for all those reasons.

I'm driving to Epping and getting the tube in to Stratford. The train into London at that time isn't to bad but it's a nightmare on the way back.

It doesn't matter anyway, he's cancelled. This is the primary reason why I don't' use the train - people cancel at the last minute.

Designing my own rearsets over the next few lunch breaks.

Mine are terrible, even with loctite stuff falls off, they bend, the pegs aren't grippy... they're generally sh!t

I'm basing the vital dimensions on my rearsets but basing the design off a mixture of SES and Voodoo racing

Haha... The position they're in in the screenshot is the position I left them in after Porto and realistically I probably won't move them up but I may move them down forward or back. Road use would probably move forward and down 2 each

Cheers mate. Got to show my face at our anodising plant a few times in the next month or so - hopefully I can wangle some free bling

Look great. Look like the Gilles (???) sets I had on my 650......solid-looking, business-like.

Probably look better in a different colour though.......

Okay...yeah I just looked - mine were totally different. The SES were the only other type available. And expensive, so I bought used Gilles instead. Tightwad.

Gilles are silly money these days, my mate just bought a set for his Triumph for £306 - he checked they were the current version on Gilles website and found they're meant to be over £450 !!!!

Yeah...but when he sells the bike just sell them separately & he'll recoup nearly all of that money back.

Just got in from a family meal with relatives in Bridlington, and before that i had a trip to J&S to show them the cracks in my HJC visor, after a phone call they swapped it then and there under warranty but toldme not to lift the visor by the latch.

Now its time to chill out for a bit.

Tbh my track bike has got SES on it. Never had any issues and all parts available separately as spares, several options for the pegs as well, they just aren’t the sexiest rearsets out there.

This was my first game.. and just a friendly.

I recovered from the last knee injury 12 months ago, then I got concussion last June and I'm mostly recovered from that (probably 95%).

Had X-rays and the doctor is now looking at them. Been told it's PCL and ACL with possible MCL damage too. I did a good'un.

Likely leaving shortly. Going to try and put me in a cricket-splint (if that's even a thing) and crutches. Going to put me in for an urgent MRI which he thinks will be next week but we will wait and see on that.

PCL injuries are rare but likely to be weeks rather than months to recover. Again, we will wait and see
