Took the Tiger for its MOT today, which passed btw. Was chatting with the lad that runs the garage and he had a ratty old Meriden T100 and a very tidy mk3 GT6 coupe in BRG in there this afternoon, both very desirable for different reasons imho.

That leg is looking very swollen Rob, I assume your bike is similarly afflicted,?Rob wrote:Remaining horizontal after my departure from my bike yesterday at Snetterton, very sore! Will post up full explanation of events later when I've got the energy and am back from my local hospital.
I was already getting quite jittery about my upcoming first ever visit to Snetterton for the 675.cc forum trackday (especially because it also appears that our senior adviser will not be attending ). What with Kwacky's warning comments, and now this, I'm almost starting to dread it.

I would try and not worry Stmarks, I did snetterton on my zx6 and was fine in the novice group, even lapped faster than a guy on an s1000rr and a Fireblade so just try and enjoy it mate

I have done Snetterton about 8 times now and never had any scary moments - this incident was caused by me tagging on to some pretty quick boys and trying to follow. @StMarks - take it easy and relax. You can go as fast or as slow as you want to. You'll enjoy it.

Heading back into the pit of despair (aka my bedroom) to complete the decluttering process. This was the last room in the house that was still full of crap (yesterday filled 4 bin bags and 3 recycling boxes!) and there's still a fair bit to do but it sure feels good to get rid of it all.
This should free up enough space to allow the next phase of project Fletcher's Folly which is taking apart the bed in the spare bedroom to enable me to decorate it, take up the carpet and paint the floorboards which are next week's tasks.

Looking out of the window, glad I'm not at Glastonbury and hoping this is all the rain we're getting for the next few days.

Re: What are you doing today ??
just hobbled out to the garage to assess the damage from my recent off - initial thoughts are:
Brake lever
Brake reservoir
Possible master cylinder
Track Fairings
Exhaust
Fuel tank
Im sure there will be more but thats a big enough list to keep me busy looking on ebay for the next week or so

Re: What are you doing today ??
I think a lot of the zx6r and 10r stuff is interchangable. If so I've got levers.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Cheers but i ordered some of those HK cnc levers which we were all discussing on here a few weeks back. The tank isnt too bad so will be ok for a while/ The exhaust will be the dearest thing i reckon, but as you say, the zx6rs exhaust will fit so it expands my options
