Remaining horizontal after my departure from my bike yesterday at Snetterton, very sore! Will post up full explanation of events later when I've got the energy and am back from my local hospital.

Going to bed as soon as the missus gets home.

I've been ball bagged for weeks and just can't shake the fatigue. I was going to ride my bike tonight after tea but would rather go to bed.

Been at work since 7.30 and I'm nackered now, I've just text the wife to say don't do tea I'll be home just after 6.30 so gonna take her to the pub for a slap up meal, mixed grill for me I think.
