Well a very long day yesterday, in at 08.30 operated on at 4pm left the hospital at 9pm, managed to get some sleep without any painkillers, had to take a couple today though it’s a bit sore.

All the best mate.. feet up and relax as best you can. Something I've learned recently is the sooner you accept you're not able to do X-amount during the meantime the better you can relax and recover.
