Had my first coffee in 6 days ... liquid gold!
I refused to drink hospital instant coffee and I was too scared to go down and get a real coffee from the hospital cafe with the way the pain meds were screwing with me.

Can't beat a decent coffee
I m the same won't drink that instant rubbish or stuff out of machines

Had pancakes banana ice cream and choc sauce for dinner.
Still having trouble swallowing so went for something soft, well that’s my excuse anyways

I love a good coffee but a decent instant is more than ample for when working on the garden.
We have a Nespresso machine in our section of the office, there are certainly some glum faces when we sip our posh stuff and they've got vending machine instant
