Wife done good today

Went to Cheddar Gorge today with some mates and stopped by Marlborough and had this. Sausage and bacon ciabatta with brown sauce. It was dam good!

I’m fairness everyone was getting the same service. They got a bit over run with it being Fathers Day weekend here so everyone was out for dinner.

Lasagne and garlic bread last night.

Roast lamb and veges for Fathers Day cooked by Jess. Fookin’ delicious.

Slow cook rib of beef with Yorkshire pudding and all the trimmings.

Washed down with a few beers and probably a huge portion of sticky toffee pudding in about an hour.

Roast chicken and all the extras, with ginger sponge pudding and custard for dessert.

Wouldn’t have minded a plate at Blade’s though, I’m very partial to Rib of Beef.

Saves loading the dishwasher Blade!

Tbh its not much dearer to go out than do a good roast and it's a dam sight easier

Plus there's a few good pubs on the way home with beer gardens

I’ve tried pushing Mrs Gee out the door for dinner on occasion, but apparently it’s never as good as hers, that said, she does love A, having put in front of her, and B, not having to do the clearing up. Can’t argue with that!
