Babycham!!! LOLOL!!
I have to be discreet.....Mexican food can be spicy as hell, and I can't bloody eat it, yet my peeps just wolf it down like it's nothing....but even the mildest curry has them grasping for oxygen masks....have to break them in slowly.
Well.....I bolloxed it......dried the turkey out a bit. Not used to it....had a turkey going on, rolls, veggies, gravy, potatoes, bacon, baked beans, and about 47 other things....got a bit out of my depth doing all those things at once.....I'd give myself a C- for that effort....passable, but nowt to write home about.

I'll bet bathroom excursions are a rare treat in trepidation after a plate of that slop....you prolly need a support crew, medical staff, and maybe even a stunt-double.

Re: What are you eating ??
It's called Dahl and it's a basic lental curry but with lots of lemon, garlic and salt. Your supposed to eat it with your hands off a plate like this called a Thali plate (not my photo)
You can't get it in the UK as it's all Tarka Dahl (burnt garlic) here in the restaurants but it's fecking loverly.

I make a few lentil dishes at home. They're easy to make and keep my veggie wife happy.

Re: What are you eating ??
Pheasant and Liver Terrine with toasted bread, pickled pear, and a sorbet (strange addition but it really worked).
Lamb 3 ways.
Finished off with a desert tasting platter. A small meringue, Crème brûlée, a lemon mouse, and chocolate brownie...

Belgian chocolate pudding, mmmmm lovely. 700 calories for a portion the size of a yoghurt carton I guess it should be too.

It was such a long day all plans went out of the window and we ended up eating junk food at a service station on the way home.
