I had porridge for my breakfast. Washed down with a protein shake, because I'm a dedicated bodybuilder. (muscle)

Or I've found that a shake in the morning keeps the hunger at bay for longer which should stop me eating my sandwiches by 11 each morning.

Funny you say that, but I have a recovery shake mid morning as it keeps the hunger away and levels me out nicely. And I'm an ex Mr Universe (giggle)

I had to get out early this morning so I only had porridge.

Made up for it when I got home. I cooked myself a full english breakfast. My wife tells 4 sausages is overdoing it. My clean plate said otherwise.

She is wrong. What would she know about meat anyway? :D

The plate has to be completely full to be a good one, baked beans everywhere! :P

Half a tin of baked beans is the Kwacky standard for a breakfast.
