That road up to the bison fields was good. I'll have to do that again.

That's why I suggested we head up that way rather than sit around Aber. Glad you enjoyed it.

So many roads to enjoy... One of my personal favourites was I think between Machynlleth and Dolgellau, section that cut through the mountain and you could see right to the other side... That put a big smile on my face! :-)

I know where you mean Deano.

I always remember first time I went down that road and Andy came flying past me there with his 675 screaming and the noise was amazing echoing of the huge wall at the side of you.

I always have a little giggle when I blast through there now.

I'm gutted I missed this ride out. Couldn't believe it when the zip bust, they certainly weren't cheap leathers. I had decided to get them fixed but I'm wondering if the zip is shit what else is shit on them now? Off to hunt for alpinstars horror stories!

Andy if there good apart from the zip just get a new zip fitted.

Otherwise try the euro sites like motocard and fc.moto loads of great deals as the euro is weak against the pound.

They have a couple of battle scars but not too bad. I've heard alpinstars aren't as good as they used to be and wouldn't want anything to fail when it's needed. I'm going to run them up to Joyda at some point and see what they say.

Used Joyda myself and she did a great job at a fair price.
