I can quite honestly say that if mobile phones were banned or done away with tomorrow, it would not bother me.
The benefits would far outweigh the negatives.
I existed quite happily without them before the year 2000 or so, so i could definitely do so again.

Mobile phones are great for calls and texts away from the home or office. The problem is when they stop becoming phones and turn into portable communication and media devices.

I'm going to go against the grain here but I use my phone a lot! If I didn't then I wouldn't be getting on the site because I can't stand using the laptop as it feels too much like work to me! Although I'm not glued to my phone, I know some people who just can't get off them!

Its the works calls and emails that do my head in because clients expect you to answer both usually instantly.

I'm a fan of my phone. I try to keep pretty organized. So now all my crap is in one place. Contacts, calendar, calculator, torch, alarm clock, watch, sunset / sunrise tables, etc etc.
I like with two young kids I have a camera in my pocket. I've caught some special moments with/of them because of it.
I don't do social media other than TS. I did Instagram for a while and I became glued to my phone. I deleted my account.

Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.
