Once a biker....always a biker

OK, so with my eyes being shot I'll probably never throw my leg over a motorcycle again....but it doesn't stop me loving them - a point brought home to me today when I saw a couple of contrasting bikes that made me grin like an eejit .
First up was a parked up 09 plate red Ducati 848. It was achingly beautiful A tiny jewel that looked like it would rip your throat out just standing still. I was transfixed. If I had the money I'd buy one just to drool over!
The second was an old blue Mk 1 Yamaha Fazer whose rider had just given it the berries on Smallbrook Ringway in Brum - I don't know why, but just the obvious enjoyment of the bloke riding it made me remember the sheer joy of being on two wheels and giving it a fist full of throttle, even if it was more noise than action.
So....what bike (not your own) has made you grin today?
