My mum and dad couldn't afford a new grifter, I ended up with a second hand chopper when my Raleigh Striker was knicked.

Does that count? It was a mini grifter... :)

I remember them..they had fake shocks on the forks didn't they? While we're on the theme..I loved the yellow boxer!

I had a grifter and put BMX forks on it.

I really really wanted one of these but my dad wouldn't let me as it didn't have any gears.

I did too. I got a crappy Chinese bmx if I remember. So good one of the wheels snapped. It was a big jump mind. Those pics do bring back memories :)

Mag burner was the bike of dreams when you were 12, I got the bog standard sh1t burner or something.
