I see trucks and cars swerve in a similar manner once every couple of weeks on the roads, they're normally trying to text, adjust the sat nav or wrestling a map book if you glance up into the cab. I'm not saying that's what happened, but it's fairly likely I'd think. At best a WDC&A, at worst Attempted Murder, sobering thought though, as I have on occasion had to attend a broken down vehicle on a Motorway. :S

He's a very lucky man, I recall a copper died after getting sucked under a truck on a motorway some years back, simply because he was standing on the offside talking to the driver through his window, I think it's why they insist on approaching a stopped car from the near side front door now.

I first thought it might be because he thought it was a junction and that his satnav instructed him to exit but then I found out that he only lives 30 odd miles away and should know the network
