Watched the original Ladykillers yesterday and wondered how much of the original film locations still exist. Surprisingly more than i thought.

You just got the worst film geek started!!! I am fecking dreadful for it.....great link though. It's continuity that really gets me.
If you haven't already...watch the movie "Ronin" with Robert DeNiro....the camera work is amazing...not the stupid car chase crap....they're good, but everyone has seen enough of those.

Blade does Manchester was funnily enough filmed mostly on location in Manchester I believe most of the hotels are still standing, shame the same can't be said for most of the actresses who now use wheel chairs or crutches to get about

LOL no not this time.
I was the stand in driver for the actors and did the drive by and drive onto the set scenes. Not the stunts, I had a stunt driver for that

I lived in Belmont in Durham as a kid where they filmed the at the local scrap mans mansion ( thats how we thought of it ) for some of Get carter I think its the bit where someone throws up in the fishpond. Its not there any more now according to my brothers.
