I really like the 1299. If Ducati have listened to customers and made it more road orientated it will be a stunning piece of kit.

In fact if its rides half as good as it looks it will be a mind blowingly stunning piece of kit.

650 per cylinder is just insane ,the torque must be awesome when riding that thing.The looks are to die for

I'm guessing a little bit about it being more road orientated but the fact its a capacity they cannot race ( and the 1199R will be made only for racing) and the max power and torque is at a lower rev point than on the 1199 all seems to point that way.

Bit outside my price range this year, sadly.

Maybe next year and i would also like to see whether the 1299 makes a better all round roadbike than the 1199.

That's nice that is...

From the 899 onwards the managed to pull off the Matt look with style. Ducati's are probably the only vehicle I like with a Matt finish.
