300 million motorbikes

Honda are having a little party for hitting this nilestone back in September.

It's a massive achievement but I have been to the Motorcycle Live Show today and they don't make one road bike that interests me.

I don't think the European market is of much importance to them now.

The airbag on that bike is the weirdest thing I've ever seen,it looks like a giant arse
I find hondas generally a bit dull but well made

That last line saying their products are being developed in America right now, says its all in terms of why the bikes they produce now lack appeal.

There's little interest by the japs in the sports market. Triumph and Ducati have always done naked sports bikes better than the Japs can. The European bikes have come along at an alarming rate in the last 10 years. Triumph have done really well with raising their profile among the younger riders and BMW have kicked a massive hole in the litre sports bike and naked sporfts bike range.

If Honda are happy with the market they've got then so be it. You can see why they might want to leave certain sections of the biking market alone.

the ducati monster saved ducatis arse ,I can see why people want a share of the naked sports bike market
