It's at Goodwood today so hopefully we'll get some more sound clips.

Ive heard that Casey Stoner is there. It seems a long way for him to come.

For the 150K I guess they managed to buy a good pair of speakers and a MP3 player, and you just play clips from the motogp paddock.

Is the repsol colour bike an actual rcv race bike or is it a road going RCV-213s ?

Totally agree does look very cool in that colour scheme.

If there are lights and indicators on that Repsol bike, I didn't see them?

The Repsol bike is Casey's championship winning RCV i think. I've seen another photo somewhere of it with the 27 on the front.

Apparently the red, white and blue colour scheme is homage to Spencers 82 NS500 triple, which was the first GP bike from the newly formed HRC.

But if you don't like that you can have it in pre season test chic bare carbon fibre 8)

Kwacky is going to love this.

The European bike makes 159 bhp in road trim and over 212 bhp with the £8700 sport kit.

However US market bikes are restricted to 101 bhp and legal reasons prevent the sale of the sports kit.

However it could be worse especially if you live in Japan. The home market version of the bike is detuned to 69 bhp !!! (fubar)

Don't suppose it matters that much if 99% of them are just going to sit in someone's private collection

Maybe, maybe as alot of people are prepared to use their priceless exotica. You only have to go to some classic racing or one of the many goodwood events to see there is plenty of wealthy owners willing to use their priceless kit as the manufacturer intended. Plus you see quite a few Desmosedici's on the road and at track days so although I agree seeing one will be rare I think it has at least potential to happen.
