I struggle to accept it's been 25 years since the Wall came down.

Interesting, but in all likelihood a façade...ever see "Lord Of War"??....that's based on fact...and a good movie.

I was with two German suppliers yesterday in South Eastern Germany, They were talking about the day it cam down. Really interesting.

It was no fun the other side, I got to know one of the German Engineers in my previous job, his family were split by the wall, one of the relatives made a bid for freedom and failed, but it impacted on the whole family, jobs and education disappeared for them and they had it tough. He lost a a university placement and it changed the course of his life, it's rights itself now but the legacy is still there pretty close to the surface.
