Just been looking at some of the stats on the new Mutley, a fair bit more electronics, power and torque; however for me the jury is still out on the self turning LED headlights and the Bluetooth hook up for your phone requiring an app for Ducati to spam you on.

My Audi has self turning headlights so i guess that is where the idea comes from. Works very well on the car.

On a stable platform like a car I can see it working, but the bike is leaning as well and so there's an extra axes in the calculation and another servo motor to go out of sync.
It's probably just me, being in tech support really makes you paranoid about over complicating a good piece of kit.

According to the presentation, it works based on lean angle, i guess there is no other parameter to test how a bike is turning.
