I'm not able to commit that far ahead now.

I will look at it again in the early part of next year when i know more about family holidays.

Understand Duke I had to do the same.

Hope you can make it. You could bring the 748 to the TT classic meet, how cool would that be 8)

Its never left my stranded fortunately. Always got me home - just. Unlike the Aprilia.

It is of course unless i have bought myself an 899 by then. :D

I do but there is a lot to consider first. Sometimes you ride a bike that fits perfectly from the first few minutes.

That there is the exact reason I can't test ride the 899.

I'm not sure on the IoM trip. I want to go, but I also want to do a few track days next year an not sure the bank balance (or marriage) will allow it all. Will need to see how things are looking mid next year before committing, but the classic race does sound appealing.

tut tut tut r Nutz.

You tell the wife about the IoM trip. You book it and pay for it after you've got permission.

You sneak in the track days and tell them at the last minute.

Got a reply back from one b&b and they can fit us in, so at least we have got something in the bag. They have twins at £76 and a few singles at £45. Still waiting on another reply who was supposed to get back to me on Friday but didn't so will chase up on Monday.

I asked at a farm near peel but they only had Friday and Saturday.

I have a reply from the Wicklow hills in the square in Douglas and waiting for a reply from the b&b we have used in Peel which we liked.

Originally I was thinking first choice would be the Peel b&b as everyone liked it but not sure if the Wicklow hills might be better. Its 200 metres from Bray Hill and walking distance to the paddock which would be good on race day.

I agree I prefer Peel under normal circumstances but not sure if Douglas might be better because of the racing. The Wicklow hills is within spitting distance of the paddock which is open to the public and some great places to spectate within walking distance so no need to ride the bike on race day and be hot in boots leathers, helemt etc..

See what Peel comes back with regard availability and then we can have a vote and see what the majority think.
