Craven, Newtown, Crossgates, Aberystwyth, Machynlleth, Welshpool. Then we split off.

My journey back was hampered as the road I needed to get back towards the west mids was closed and the diversion was along country roads so the traffic was slow.

Near home the traffic was stopped for another accident. This time a car upside down in a hedge.

Hi Kwacky, excellent run today got back approx 16.30. Blade shame you missed it you would have loved it. Brilliant weather breakfast at Craven,ice cream for both at Aber, and cake for Kwacky at Crossgates! All in all a perfect day !!!

I trained legs in the gym yesterday. I had to stop on the way home to stretch my legs.

We will have to do it again soon, I love our Mid Wales run 8)
