That's a great idea. What are they 32mm you could use them on the rear axle (giggle) plus if there titanium thinki of the weight saving on the unspriung mass.

All joking aside I kept the plate they removed from my collar bone and was planning to make a bracket for the brake reservoir.

Yep. Don't forget they've got to pass all the way through the humerus, which is a big bone.

Haven't been keeping up on here so apologies for not seeing sooner.

I'm glad all went well, and a worry now over. Having any procedure no matter how big or small it always makes you a bitty fearful. (whew)

Have a restful recuperation and none of this o/

the holes are left for the body to repair. I need to be a bit careful as the humerus is weak where the screws have been removed, but if I get back to exercising soon enough without over doing the bone will grown back thicker.

Bone regrowth needs plenty of calcium, sounds like cheese may be medically recommended. ;)

Wound seems to be healing nicely. No evidence of bleeding.

I can't believe how knackered I am. I've spent most of today sleeping. I thought I would be ok after a couple of days.

Sleep is a good way for the body to repair itself in my experience mate. Trouble is that readjusting from all that rest can take some time in itself, after a long period of recuperation.
