A couple of pig boards and a tortoise carrier ..... pig boards for guiding my old pigs onto the trailer and tortoise cage for transporting my South African leopard tortoise on the hopefully upcoming move that is teetering precariously at the minute.
Rest of the chain below have exchanged (sweat) to complete 7th December , the one we are buying is empty with no chain but waiting for Land registry to correct the cock up the vendors powers of attorney made (gah)

I do love your responses StMarks they are so practical and wished others thought the same way
December 7th if you see a slow moving convoy on the A40 from Hereford to Oxfordshire and a massive tailback then you know who's causing it
Going home after 4 years away ...sad to leave such a beautiful place but the sheer size of this place and upkeep is just getting too hard.

There comes a time when there is more to life than sitting on a tractor mower hours on end and the never ending task of bramble clearing only to have to do it again a few days later

We are taking a few less animals due to natural fatalities but still enough to have a problem homing them especially the huge prices Oxfordshire demands .. I'd forgotten how damned expensive it is .. downsizing big time hence the having to buy a project house rather than a nice one where furniture can just be plonked down

Funny how the vendors Power of attorneys have trouble getting to solicitors office and proclaiming old age and forgetfulness but were very quick removing the cooker and everything else of worth.

You can bet they won't clear the house and leave me to get it done... I can see a bill going to their solicitor soon after for removal of rubbish

I'm not joking when I suggest this, but Absinthe is what you need. It really does work.

Not yet. They told me it would show the discount on my invoice, but it hasn't. I'll contract them tonight, I called last night and was told I was in a 34 minute queue. No one available online either.

To be honest I got a good deal so if it's £37 a month then so be it. It's cheaper than my last contract with 10 times the data, plus I've got 2 years of sky sports and 6 months of now TV. And a new phone.

Vodafone have told me that I was entitled to a 15% discount but that offer did not apply to other offers. The software automatically applied the 15% off when I was looking at phones, hence the reduced price on one screen but it going when I clicked to buy it.

That's fair enough, they cocked up. Like I said, I've got a really good deal. The phone is worth well over £600. Plus I get to watch the new series of Game of Thrones for free ;)

Oh nice. I started to look through the corporate thing yesterday evening but had to apply for it which I don't recall doing before. I can still look into it if you like but you'd be unlikely to get an addition 15%, more likely just 5-10%

Thanks Cav. Don't worry about it. I'm pestering Vodafone for something by way of apology.

PB mag, including a letter of how the subscription is changing.

I may cancel the subscription and put the money in my V4R fund (happy)

A GiffGff sim. I'm going to use my old phone as a back up and for Sat Nav duties.
