Hmmm....maybe not then....at least not for a mountain bike.
TBH, I hear that colour and I think of Gary Moore's Fender Stratocaster, which is at best an abstract connection, but that's what came to mind.

Tripod / monopod combo..

Could have gone for an aluminium one, but for £20 more I got a carbon fiber one.

Nice! I have an aluminium one with the tripod/monopod combo and have never found the monopod a benefit... that said, I've never shot motorsport

I borrowed one this weekend and with the bad neck it was a godsend.

There are other times with the big lens when it will be useful as well.

Fox makes good gloves....but I don't care for their other stuff...too MX-inspired for my taste.
Other than that, I like Shimano, Bianchi, etc....more "roadie" type gear I suppose.
Pearl Izumi makes the best shorts I've ever used, by far. Soooo comfortable.

In this episode of Paul's online shopping while at work....

-Andis US-Pro cordless clippers (been given myself a #3 haircut since quarantine days, the $40 pair are now flogged out)
-Two bottles of Norwegian gin
-motorcycle gloves
-replacement pendant for Jess' necklace

Think I need to order more gin, two bottles aren't going to last long (lol)

On its way,

Finnish rye gin and barrel aged gin from Kyro distillery (one of my all time fav’s)
Swedish gin from Stockholm distillery

Going for a Nordic hangover (lol)
