I started this year getting each kid to assist me in cooking dinner. Bit of resistance to start but tonight (Byrons 3rd night) he almost unaided cooked the dinner. By the end of the year they should all be able to cook a number of meals independently.

James gets weekly cooking lessons at school. He's come home with some tasty meals, it's a real confidence booster for them.
