I don't know...some Mexican dish wor lass knocked up....not quite sure what it was, except it was vegetarian....cauliflower, carrots, etc. in some cheese sauce...was very nice.

Absolutely zilch, sweet fa, nout completely nothing Doing a 16 hour fast to help my body clock adjust when coming off nightshift.
Tbh I don't miss the food too much as really carb load before starting the fast, its the no tea or coffee I miss the most. Just drinking water alone is really hard for me.

Re the drinking, if I've had to be on just water for medical reasons, sparkling water with a few drips of lime juice in the glass first is a pleasant change.

Now you've done it DG....toad-in-the-hole & gravy is my all-time favourite meal...me mam used to make it so well....she had a special trick to get the Yorkers just right.

No wonder everyone on here complains about weight....I only eat about 3 times a week...prolly why I'm lighter than I was at 17...I pretty much have to be force-fed.
