(nod) I really noticed the difference on the two GS's I had. Add it to the 9000 lumen led headlights and I'm going to be pretty visible.

The main thing for the spots is the narrow lanes. The cars don't slow at all, they just see a narrow bike. With the spots in hoping the bike appears wider and they give me a little more space.

The Spigen Liquid Air case arrived yesterday and it's pretty great!

Very small in the hand but it feels substantial in quality [insert "that's what she said" here]. The case is perfectly form fitting and doesn't intrude on the screen or charger port.

Overall...very happy with it. Great purchase at £7

A replacement hand guard for the XR, it's funny how quickly you miss something so simple.

A standard number plate hanger for the SX, I have a feeling that the tail tidy will cover my back in gunk this time of year so for £30 delivered it was a good buy, with indicators too.

More stuff, a givi st602 tank bag and tanklock ring. So easy to fit and looks a useful size.

Lots of bits and pieces.

Decided I'm going to get back into building little scale models because I have a big USS Enterprise still to make. Could sell it- bought it for £50 15 years ago and now could sell it for however much a collector wants to pay for it due to it not being produced anymore, so to a collector someone would buy it, but I want to build it lol. So lots of little pieces has come through the post recently!

A scale model tank model
New airbrush
New paint brushes
A table to work at

Some different paints - paints have come along way it used to be enamels when I was growing up and thin it with white sprite - I can't use them here they were fine in a spacious house but in a flat they are too strong, so now gone the arcylic way. Trying different manufacturers as the company I used to use have awful acrylic paints - everyone moans about them looking online, so it's not just me

Some enamel panel washes - odorless (not paints)
A new floor lamp from argos, not bad for £30
Paint stirrer - well a cocktail stirrer from China - £1 and all metal so easily clean

Going to enjoy this hobby again

Not me and not my item but found this cool so thought I'd pop this here

My parents like to pop into charity shops on days off together, my dad is not a big spender (at all!!) But he has always, for as long as I can remember, talked about getting a proper camera.

Since I was a kid he's always talked about it, even a few weeks back (4th jan 2020) we was in Costco and he pointed out a £400 camera, he wouldn't pay that but he appreciates the beauty of it

Well he and my mum were in a charity shop and he found a Canon SLR old camera, infact it is a film camera. Mint condition. Perfect for him as he's not great at digital, he has a phone but only understands texts, internet and calls!

This camera is perfect for him, we popped over after the meal and he showed me it. I ordered him an official manual for it so he can take more of a look into it and its features.

Really glad he has got one. After 32++ years of having cheap disposable, and then moving onto phone cameras (my old phones handed to him) he has finally got a proper camera in his hands.

He is so happy and thrilled, so am I for him. Taken years but was worth the wait

Very nice thing to do for your Dad, Rossgo. I'm sure he really appreciates the thought and at last having his long desired camera.

A Shad top box rack, I have a givi plate which should fit so that I can keep my V47 top box and also use the panniers.
The givi rack doesn't allow factory panniers.

Edit, turns out the 2011-2017 version does not fit a 2017 bike (swear)

Saw those on FB, are they the bitey poisonous kind?

I’m not bothered by spiders but because I’ve had no experience with scorpions I would be a bit more wary of them. Even if they are my birth sign (lol)
